30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to return
Visit order tracking, find your order and select "Return". Print the prepaid label (EU only) and drop your parcel at any participating courier point.
Refunds
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 working days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Place a new order for the size or color you'd like and return the original item for a refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned once the protective seal is removed.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact hello@veltrixon.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.
